  • How can I get some replacement game pieces or parts?
    Missing a few pieces? No worries! If you’re just missing a small item (like a single die or peg), we’ll gladly send you a replacement—free of charge. Simply contact us with the details.
  • What can I do if my set is damaged?
    What if the entire set is damaged? If the product arrived damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost to you, as part of our commitment to quality. Need a whole new set or board? In the event you’d like a full replacement board or complete game set (for reasons other than it arriving damaged), we do charge a fee. Please get in touch so we can arrange the best option and get you playing again as soon as possible.
